Why Lucente

What working here is like

We are Perth-headquartered and founder-led, and we operate as a true technology partner, not a ticket queue. If you want broad, hands-on work that you own, this is a good place to do it.

Work with experienced people. Everyone on the team does hands-on work to the same standard, and the founder, who has 20+ years of executive technology leadership, works alongside you day to day.
Work across all five areas. Managed IT, Cybersecurity, AI Enablement, Purpose-Built Software and IT Projects.
Own your work from day one. We are early and growing. You run your own work and help set how we work.

ADVISE. ENABLE. SUPPORT.
