AI Enablement
for WA businesses
We help you find the few places AI genuinely saves hours, and skip the rest. Each piece of work is scoped for your business and built on the Microsoft 365 and security foundations we manage.
Work we often do
- A readiness review - your data, permissions and Microsoft 365 setup, checked before AI can see them
- A Copilot pilot - a few licences first, so you know what it's worth before buying more
- Tool recommendations - we compare AI tools against how your team works and recommend one
- Automating repetitive work - such as drafting reports and meeting notes
- A safe-use policy - plain-English rules your staff will read
Why AI needs the right foundations
AI is only useful when it has the right information, the right permissions and a safe place to run. If your Microsoft 365 environment is messy, your files are poorly structured or your permissions are too open, AI can create more risk than value.
That is why AI Enablement is normally a paid add-on for Protect+ customers. We own the foundations, so we can stand behind what we put on top of them.
Good candidates are repetitive, text-heavy tasks: inbox triage, invoice review, document drafting, meeting notes and proposals. We help you find the ones where AI pays back, and leave the rest alone.
How an engagement runs
Every business wants something different from AI, so the work is shaped around yours.
-
1
A conversation
You tell us what you want AI to do for the business, and we tell you where it fits and where it doesn't.
-
2
A scoping engagement
We review the systems, processes and data involved, find where AI helps, and prioritise the use cases into a plan.
-
3
A delivery engagement
We set up, build and roll out what the plan recommends, one piece at a time, each quoted before work starts.
-
4
Ongoing support
We keep it working as your tools and team change, and add new use cases when you're ready.

Is AI worth it for a small business?
For some work, yes. Most small businesses have a handful of repetitive tasks where AI saves real hours, and a longer list where it would just add noise. Our job is to find the first list and leave the second alone.
Why is AI Enablement normally for Protect+ customers?
Because AI sits on top of your foundations: identities, Microsoft 365 configuration, data permissions and your security baseline. These have to be right and stay right. If we don't manage that layer, we can't stand behind how the AI work handles your data, or stop configuration changes undoing it a few months later.
Can we start without Protect+?
Yes. AI & Claude Training and the AI Receptionist are open to any business. AI Enablement normally starts with Protect+, so if you're not a customer yet we scope the managed package and the AI work together. Longer AI programs are different: we take those on selectively and scope them as a dedicated engagement, with or without Protect+. If you have 10 or more people and are growing, or a big appetite for technology such as AI Enablement or Purpose-Built Software, get in touch and we may still be able to help.
How is it priced?
Each engagement is scoped and quoted separately, on top of Protect+. The scoping engagement is quoted first, and each delivery piece is quoted before work starts.
Do we need Microsoft 365 Copilot licences?
Not always. For some businesses Copilot is the right entry point. For others, a smaller pilot with a handful of licences, or a different AI tool for specific work, makes more sense. We'll talk through the options before recommending licences you don't need.
Is our data safe if we use AI tools?
It depends on the tool, how it's set up and what data it can see. We set tools up with clear limits on what they can reach, write an AI safe-use policy your staff will read, and steer you away from tools that use your data to train their models.
How long before we see results?
It depends on the work. The scoping engagement sets out what each piece should deliver and how long it will take, before you commit to it.
