Managed IT
We set up Microsoft 365 with SharePoint document control, so drawings, variations and dockets have one current home with version history. Office and yard devices are managed by the same team, and device management for field phones and tablets is available as an optional bolt-on.
Cybersecurity
We align your environment to the Essential Eight and document the controls. If a head contractor or government client asks about your security in a tender, you have answers ready.
IT Projects
Site connectivity, office moves and migrations off ageing servers are run as scoped projects with a documented handover. For building and redevelopment projects, we also provide technology advisory and project management.
Purpose-Built Software
We have built software for this industry: one recent build replaced a shared scheduling spreadsheet with a real-time works management platform. It covers live job scheduling, crew and plant allocation, and reporting from the same data.
Which package fits
Office staff on Protect+, field staff from $50 a month
Office and project staff, the people in email and documents all day on a full device, sit on Protect+, our managed IT package. It is $150 per user per month ex GST, with a minimum of 20 standard users. It covers unlimited support, monitoring, endpoint security, identity, Microsoft 365 management, cloud backup and Essential Eight alignment.
Field staff who only need email and dockets on a phone can be email-only users, from $50 per month. They don't count towards the minimum. We'll work out the mix with you, person by person.

Can you support staff out on job sites?
Yes. Support is remote-first, so a supervisor on site reaches the same team as someone in the office. Device management for the phones and tablets your crews carry is available as an optional bolt-on, so they can be configured and secured the same way as office devices.
What does a field-only user cost?
From $50 per month ex GST as an email-only user. That covers email, calendar and basic apps on a phone or tablet, with secure sign-in and identity protection. Email-only users don't count towards the 20 standard user minimum.
Why do site and office end up out of step?
Connectivity on site depends on the location, so forms and photos wait on devices for signal. Site and office end up working from different information: site doesn't know what the office decided, and the office can't see what happened on site. We give documents one current home in SharePoint and set devices up to sync as soon as they have signal, so both sides work from the same version.
Do we need custom software for scheduling?
Not always, and we'll tell you which one you need. Sometimes SharePoint with the right structure and permissions is enough to get document control and basic scheduling under control. Sometimes the problem is big enough that purpose-built software is justified, and the recent build on our Purpose-Built Software page started with exactly that kind of spreadsheet.
What about tenders that ask about cybersecurity?
Prequalification forms often ask about security controls such as multi-factor authentication, patching and backups. Our Essential Eight readiness work puts those controls in place and documents them, so you have an answer ready. See our Essential Eight readiness page for how it works.
Can you handle a server that is on its last legs?
Yes. An ageing on-premises server holding your drawings and project files is a risk to every deadline. We scope and run the move to Microsoft 365 and SharePoint as a project with a defined finish line, without disrupting live jobs.
We are opening a second yard or office. Can you set it up?
Yes. New site connectivity, network and devices are run as a project: we scope what the location needs, connect and secure it, and hand it over documented. Because your files and identity already live in Microsoft 365, staff at the new location get the same setup as everyone else from day one.
