Licensing can be consolidated through us or kept with your existing reseller. We do not charge a markup on licences for managed customers.

Common questions

Do you have a minimum number of users?

We focus on businesses with 5 to 100 staff. Smaller than that, the cost of proper managed IT usually outweighs the benefit. Larger than that, a hybrid model works better. See co-managed IT.

Can you work alongside our existing IT person?

Yes. Many of our customers have an internal IT person or small team and use us for cover: cybersecurity, projects, after-hours, M365, and strategy. See co-managed IT for how we structure that.

What does "support" actually cover?

Day-to-day staff requests via our helpdesk, proactive monitoring and patching, device and account management, Microsoft 365 admin, vendor coordination, new starters and leavers, and backup checks. Onsite attendance for things that need hands on a desk.

Do staff submit tickets, or call you?

Both, depending on urgency. We give your staff a clear support channel and call number, and an easy way to log issues so they get tracked properly and don’t fall through the cracks of someone’s Teams DMs.

What’s the difference between Protect and Protect+?
