Protect covers monitoring, helpdesk, endpoint security, identity, Microsoft 365 management, and Essential Eight alignment. Protect+ adds unlimited support hours and advanced threat protection.

For professional services firms, Protect+ usually makes more sense, and we will say so honestly. When your people bill by the hour, a capped support arrangement quietly nudges them to push through a problem rather than raise it, and that is exactly the time you lose. Unlimited support removes the hesitation. The deeper security in Protect+ also matches the confidentiality obligations you carry and the questionnaires you have to answer.

Can you meet our clients’ cyber questionnaire requirements?

Usually, yes. Most client and insurer questionnaires map closely to the Essential Eight, which is the framework we align your environment to. We put the controls in place, document them, and help you complete the questionnaire with evidence rather than best guesses. Where a question asks for something beyond our scope, we tell you plainly and point you to who can.

Do you understand legal and accounting software?

We manage the environment your practice-management and accounting systems run inside: the devices, the Microsoft 365 layer, identity, security, and backups. We are not the developer of those applications, so for issues inside the software itself we coordinate with the vendor on your behalf rather than pretend to be their support desk. That keeps you out of the middle when something needs the vendor to fix it.

How do you handle confidentiality and client privilege?

We are comfortable signing an NDA before we start, and we work on least-privilege access, so our team and yours only reach what the role actually needs. Your data sits in Australian data residency on Microsoft 365, and access is logged. We treat your client information the way you are obliged to treat it.

Can you support staff working from court, client sites, or home?

Yes. Support is remote-first, so wherever your people are working they reach the same team. Because files and identity live on Microsoft 365, a partner at a client’s office or a consultant at home gets the same documents and the same security as someone at a desk in Perth.

We already have a provider but nothing improves. Is that you?

If tickets get closed but your document sprawl, slow systems, and unanswered questionnaires never get better, the gap is usually strategy, not effort. We run the changeover, collect access and documentation from the outgoing provider, and review the environment before we touch anything, so the move does not disrupt billable work.
